Schools are asked to provide a short report about their funded activities/items. Choose your preferred reporting method below.

Every school that returns a report to us is entered into our Super Scientists Prize Draw with a chance to win their choice of two books from our list of recommended science books.

Don't miss out - the winners will be announced at the start of each new term!

Please indicate if you give permission to share information about your project with other schools. Photographs are particularly welcomed. Please state clearly if permission is given to the Edina Trust to use these on its website, Twitter, and/or in its newsletters. Where permission is expressly given photographs will be used for no more than six years after which time they will be deleted.

Edina Science Photo Competition

Send us photos of your new science equipment or a visit, and you will be entered for a chance to win a prize!

You can send us pictures by email or on Twitter (use #EdinaSciencePhoto)!

Closing date: 31st March 2024

PLEASE NOTE: By entering the competition, you are giving Edina Trust your permission to save and use your photos for marketing purposes (on its website, Twitter, and in its printed materials) for a maximum of six years. We understand that you may not be able to share photos that include children’s faces, therefore we also invite photos that only feature Edina funded equipment/resources, or photos where individual faces are not clearly visible.

Monitoring

The Edina Trust is required by its regulator (OSCR) to check that grants are used for the purpose for which they are given. Therefore 5% of grants are randomly selected for audit. Please make sure you read your approval email and attached monitoring notice carefully, and keep hold of your receipts as necessary.
