Tips on Applying
We aim to keep the application process for our grant schemes quick and easy, however there are certain things that we need to know before we can approve a grant:
Payee information - BACS information (or the name of the school/academy trust/local authority if cheque payment preferred)
Brief description of the project - what you hope to achieve and how you will embed the experience into the pupils' learning
Project date - mandatory for science weeks and visits; on-going for equipment requests.
Number of Pupils - actual number of pupils taking part/benefiting from this project e.g. 30, 300.
Detailed cost breakdown (excluding VAT):
If an application does not include these key details, Edina will contact the school (usually by email) and request the additional information.
Please note that the Edina Trust does not accept retrospective applications.
